Christine Baccari has been working in the criminal justice field since 1995, when she obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling from Creighton. She specializes in substance abuse evaluations and education.

Christine prides herself on being independent of any treatment programs and as objective as possible with her substance abuse evaluations.
